Family Learning

ESOL/IT/Portuguese

This course is divided into two sessions. In the first session parents learn English and basic IT and children reinforce their Portuguese language skills. In the second session families are given a task to complete involving both languages.

Fair & Organic (ESOL and Business Support) This project supports and develops new BAME communities to get involved in the food sector, helping them achieve a healthy balanced diet, addressing the tradicional food needs of specific groups and the London food agenda, as well as promoting organic and fairtrade products. Refugees and Asylum Seekers from non-English speaking African countries or from Latin American countries

The London Ethnic Cooking Project This project celebrates diversity through food by supporting different communities to share traditional recipes and to cook and present a selection of their national dishes.
