Sky's The Limit Beginners	Course designed to enhance the level of integration providing support in the following areas: ESOL, IT and job search. Fair & Organic (ESOL and Business Support)	This project supports and develops new BAME communities to get involved in the food sector, helping them achieve a healthy balanced diet, addressing the tradicional food needs of specific groups and the London food agenda, as well as promoting organic and fairtrade products. The London Ethnic Cooking Project	This project celebrates diversity through food by supporting different communities to share traditional recipes and to cook and present a selection of their national dishes. This activity will count with embedded ESOL support throughout the planning, sourcing, preparation and cooking stages.
